★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1，2階がテナント、3〜６階が住居スペースになっています。パン屋さんに歯医者さんが入っているので、とても便利です。荒井駅がすぐ前にあり、仙台駅まで15分で行けるのでとっても便利。住居はオートロックとTVモニター付きインターホン付きでセキュリティ万全。マンション部分には吹き抜けがあり、とても開放的。本当にオシャレです。自転車か車で少し行けば大きいスーパーもあるし、コンビニも近いし、住みやすい環境だと思います。
