レンゲ・・・、あのスタイルで置くの本当に嫌です。
絶対に他の客の飛沫飛んでるし、自分が食べる時にも、汁が跳ねたりしちゃうし、そもそも、不特定多数が座る場所に放置って・・・この時代じゃなくても不衛生すぎる。、

ワンタンメン+チャーシュー1枚いただきました。
強いて挙げる嬉しかったポイントとして、化調少なめに感じたのは意外でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛つけめん、焼豚丼を注文しました。荒井店は初めて訪問しましたが、タッチパネルで注文、レジも自動でおつりが出るシステムというハイテクでした。券売機にすれば良いのではないかともちょっと思いましたが、なかなか感激しました。パネルでチャーシュー有無を聞かれて無いのも嫌だと思い1枚で頼んだらバラとロースと2枚入ってました。+1ってことね。紛らわしい。あと食ってる間店員たちがずっと喋ってるのが若干耳障りでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔の職場が大塚で東池も都電ですぐでしたが、ホープ軒派だったので、かなりの年月と場所をワープしてお初の大勝軒となります。とりあえず当時の大勝軒というと、なみなみのスープでガッツリ感のある中華そばのイメージしか記憶に無かったので、ズバリ中華そばをいただきました。大盛りにしましたが、かなりの量ですね(笑) 腹キツいっす。餃子も食べましたが、これもデカい。 肉汁たっぷりなんで美味しい。とりあえずコスパもよいのでまた来ようかな？ごちそうさまでした。

素の味噌ラーメンだと優しい味すぎるので七味とおろしニンニクで勝ち！

コロナ禍というのもあるが、客の汁はねなどで汚れているのも目にする。
テーブルの拭き方もムラがある。
旨いものを提供するだけじゃなく、提供方法、提供する場所に気を遣って欲しい。
