今回はまぜそばに初挑戦❗
まぜそばは麺の量が200gで750円。
300で850円。400で950円。
500で1050円。600で1150円。
無難なところで300gにしました！
角切りのチャーシュー、刻みネギ、
刻み海苔、カツオ節、たまご
などの具材が盛りだくさん！
麺は太めの縮れ。
しっかりと全体を混ぜていただきました！
味が濃くなくて食べやすい
まぜそばでした(^o^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいラーメンでした。塩をおすすめされました。ストレート麺は香ばしくツルツル、スープは貝の味がしました。細長いメンマも味がよく。
次に来たときには醤油ラーメンを食べてみたい。

煮玉子醤油ラーメンと辛そぼろご飯？を注文。
なんと着席後5分くらいで着丼(^o^)早さに驚きました
スープは魚介風味の香る淡麗スープ。
麺は硬めの細ストレート。
チャーシューは豚と鶏のダブルで極柔。
煮卵もとろとろでしたが味付けはきつくなく食べやすかったです。
辛そぼろご飯？はめっちゃ美味かったです。
語彙力がなくて残念ですが、唐辛子の辛さや風味が活かされていたが、万人が食べられる辛さとなっており、自分でも作りたくなりました(^o^)

The char siu is a double pork and chicken and is extremely soft.
The boiled eggs were mellow, but the seasoning was not too strong and it was easy to eat.
Spicy rice? It was really delicious.
It's a pity that I don't have vocabulary, but the spiciness and flavor of chili peppers were utilized, but it's spicy enough to be eaten by everyone, so I wanted to make it myself (^ o ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターのみの座席で店内はとてもキレイにされています。塩そばを券売機で注文。出汁がすごく香るスープに細麺よく合いました。鶏と豚のチャーシューや細長いメンマ、こんもり盛られたネギも美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の13:30過ぎ。Googleマップ頼りで産業道路方面から向かいましたが、右折して店前の駐車場には入れないため、ぐるりと迂回させられます。そして迂回して店前に到着した結果、2台のみの駐車場は満車…。たしか店の裏にも駐車場があるって見たけど、道に案内もないから適当に店の裏側に向かうも、2台のみの駐車場はまたしても満車…。何とか入店してから、少し離れた場所に3台分あることを知りましたが、車を停めるだけで多少のグッタリ感は否めないですね。友人などと車2台以上で向かう際は下調べは必須です。店内は10名ほどのカウンターのみ。塩、味玉醤油、挽肉ご飯を注文。チャーシュー系は既に品切れでした。味はもちろん美味しかったですが、特に心に残るようものはないかな…。最近美味しいラーメンばかり食べてるせいもあるのでしょうが、塩と醤油推し綺麗系の店は、どこ行ってもこのスープ・麺・具材…。何と言うか、桜木製麺所系の店が多いですね…。⚪︎⚪︎坂みたいなもんで、目をつぶって食べたら区別出来ないかも？と、いろいろ書きましたが、美味いのは間違いないし、挽肉ご飯はカレー風味で独創性ありました。駅近とかならまだしも、再訪にはやはりが駐車場がネックかな？ご馳走様でした！

After all, there are many Sakura wooden noodle shops ... ⚪︎⚪︎ It's like a slope, so if you close your eyes and eat it, you may not be able to distinguish it. I wrote various things, but there is no doubt that it is delicious, and the minced meat rice was curry-flavored and original. If it's near the station, maybe the parking lot is the bottleneck for revisiting? It was a treat!

醤油そばのスープはめんつゆに似てる味。細麺。チャーシューは豚と鶏の２種類。どちらも臭みなく美味しかった。
辛あえ玉は味濃いめ。普通。
どちらもまた食べたいとは思わなかった。
味は評価3だが、
駐車場分かりづらいため－1で2にしました。

駐車場は店の表と裏に２台ずつと少し離れた所に３台。正直、表と裏は結構狭く、運転技術が必要かと?
Googleで検索すると夜も営業と表示されますが2021.11から昼だけの営業みたいです。

定休日は水曜日です。
店内に入りすぐ左手に券売機があります。
店内はL字型のカウンターのみの店です。
カウンターと厨房の仕切り？が高く、提供時店員さんは目の前ではなく、仕切り上部に置く形となり、そこから掴んで下に持ってくるシステムみたいです。周りのお客さんを見ていると、食べ終わった後の丼はまた上に上げていたので自分も上げました。暗黙のルールかな？別に苦ではありませんが?
今回いただいたのはチャーシュー塩そば?
煮干しと鶏出汁かな？丁寧な仕事をされてるんでしょうね、上品な美味しさがあります?
麺は細目でパツンとした食感。
チャーシューは鶏肉の低温調理の真っ白のが１枚(ノーマルの塩メニューだとこっちだけかな？)と豚肉のホロホロ崩れるやつが大量！！ウマウマです?
メンマは穂先メンマというか、一本メンマ？長ーーーいやつ? でも自分これが一番気に入りました?⤴️
ネギは白髪ネギと小ネギのWネギ。結構多めです?
今回 ご飯(大)も頼みましたが、なかなか大盛りでした⤴️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup was heavenly light with good amount of oil, the noodles has good texture and elasticity, and the most appealing for me was the meat (so perfectly tender)! Lost one star for the extra something in taste which I could not find. I want to try the maze soba next time!
