K	Kコ /えこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方ラーメンのお店が有ると、娘に聞いて行ってみました。メニューは色々有りましたが、ワンタン麺にしました。娘が頼んだチャーシュー麺は笑えるほど麺の上にチャーシューでした。食べていて私にはしょっぱいなと感じましたが、スープの香りも良く、選んだ細麺も食べやすかったし食後に喉が乾くことはありませんでした。また行きます。 I asked my daughter if there was a Kitakata ramen shop. There were various menus, but I chose wonton noodles. The char siu noodles my daughter ordered were laughably char siu on top of the noodles. I felt it was salty when I was eating it, but the aroma of the soup was good and the thin noodles I chose were easy to eat. I didn't feel thirsty after eating. I will go again.

k	keywest club on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに食べに来た。いつもは「麺硬め」を頼むのだがうっかり忘れてしまって、食べてみたら麺が柔らかすぎる。標準ではこんなに柔いのかと初めて知った。スープはもう少しコクがあった方が好みだがそれなりに旨い。炒飯もひとつひとつ炒めていて結構旨い。チェーン店なのを考慮すれば合格点だろう。 I came to eat after a long time. 稲	稲鷲朗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/2　以前喜多方の本店で食べて以来初の県外大安食堂です。喜多方本店と言ってもこちらは飲食店を数多く運営する別組織がチェーン展開してる店なので支店と言う訳でも無いようです。坂内の監修を受けて坂内の看板でチェーン展開してる組織も有りますが同じ手法ですね。メニューや味も坂内とチェーン店坂内では違いますが大安もやはり違いますね。ただしチェーン店大安の方が本店寄りの仕上がりかと思えます。豚、鶏、節系の出汁の組み合わせで何を強調するかは喜多方ラーメンそれぞれの店の個性ですが大安は少し醤油がたって前面に出る感じ。チェーン店の方は醤油が前面に出過ぎてる気もしますが少量の背脂が浮いてる点など上手く再現してると思います。本店には無い餃子やミニ丼などチェーン店の体裁を整える努力は見受けられますが、ミニ丼の数を増やすのであれば本店のネギチャー丼を真似て欲しかったですね。個人的にはミニ丼最強だと思ってます。こちらのミニ炒飯は限りなく冷食炒飯に近い、あるいはその物かって感じでした。最近の冷食はかなりレベルアップしてますので悪くはないですが冷食っぽかったのは間違いありません。 2022/2 This is the first restaurant outside the prefecture since I ate at the main store in Kitakata before. も	もろーたMORO-TA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支払いは現金、PayPay、LINE Payのみです。駐車場は10台以上停められて、店内はテーブル席にカウンター席があります。どのメニューも細麺か中太麺どちらか選べます。新型コロナで宮城県緊急事態宣言下でも対面の仕切り、アルコールと以前よりも安心感がある対策と、調理に関しても以前のように丁寧に作られるようになったので安心しました。ポイントカードがあり、お好きなラーメン1杯と交換することができます。ルールが改訂になったようで今までは醤油ラーメンか塩ラーメンだけだったようです。喜多方ラーメンなのでしょうゆラーメンがイチオシですが、もちろん少し甘味の感じられるスープに相性がいいのは細麺ではありますが、塩ラーメンや野菜タンメン、味噌野菜ラーメンのいずれも満足できる味わいで何度も足を運んでしまうのも頷けます。今はメニューにありませんが納豆味噌ラーメンはよく混ぜてから食すことをオススメします。納豆のネバネバはスープにとろみとして溶け込んで、辛味噌の辛味をマイルドにしてくれます。キムチのコクがないので味に深みがあまりないのと、甘味が感じられないところだけで美味しいです。
