 It is a safe fishing spot with fences, but it has many roots and requires more than three times as many gimmicks. I can't expect any fishing results.

9年前に来た時は、ホテル以外の建物は津波でほぼ流されていた気がします。
港の周辺は綺麗な公園に整備され、ホテルも営業していました。
ですが防潮堤は大きくかさあげされ、まだ空き地となっている土地も多くあります。
鳥の海の名の通り、多くの海鳥が空を舞っていました。
Visited 21/4/10.
When I came nine years ago, I feel that the buildings other than the hotel were almost washed away by the tsunami.
The area around the harbor was maintained in a beautiful park, and the hotel was also open.
However, the seawalls have been greatly raised, and there are still many vacant lots.
As the name of Lake Torinoumi suggests, many seabirds were flying in the sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 付近は鳥の海と呼ばれてます。渡り鳥がいっぱいくるのかな？説明文見つからずわからず。鳥の海公園は避難場所の高台や芝入り広場になっているがまだ殺風景。漁港公園からは海見れそれなりの眺望です。温泉施設あり目立つ。建物などかもう少し建つとまた違った趣でるかも。
The area is called Torinoumi. Will there be a lot of migratory birds? I can't find the explanation. Torinoumi Park is a hill for evacuation and a plaza with grass, but it is still a murderous landscape. From the fishing port park, you can see the sea and have a decent view. There is a hot spring facility and it stands out. It may have a different taste if a building is built a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 震災後は津波で大変だったようだが、現在は堤防も整備され公園もキレイになり釣り人も多くいて気持ちの良い場所となっていた。
小さい子供を連れて家族でピクニックに良さそうな場所だった。
帰りには日帰り温泉もあり一日楽しめる。
海からの日の出?はキレイだったなぁ(*´ ˘ `*)

It was a good place for a picnic with a family with small children.
There is also a one-day hot spring on the way back, so you can enjoy it all day long.
