焼きそばはパリパリとしてて席にあるニンニクチップや青のり、マヨネーズをかけて食べると激うま。ただ少し量や焼きそばということを考えると値段は高いかも。 味は大衆的で美味しいです。居酒屋利用の方がコスパは良いかもしれないですね。
Yakisoba is crispy and delicious when eaten with garlic chips, green laver and mayonnaise. However, the price may be high considering the amount and yakisoba. The taste is popular and delicious. Cospa may be better if you use an izakaya.

飲みの〆に伺いました 人形町で飲んでいたのですが、昼にラーメンを食べたので、夜は焼きそばと 訪れたのは土曜日の19:30頃で、先客は3人程 カウンターに通され、焼きそば、中盛り、生卵、芋焼酎の水割りを注文 焼きそばはソースベースでなく、醤油ベースなんかな?油っこい感じもなくて、胃腸は酒に疲れた状態だけど、固形物を食べたい感じに実にマッチしてます ジャンキーな感じが欲しければ、ニンニクチップとマヨがある 個人的にほ紅生姜が欲しいけどね 生卵は好みが別れそう、餡掛けとかが嫌いなら温泉卵にした方が良いだろう 飲みメニューもあるから、近くで飲んだ時の〆こ店として覚えておいても良いかなと
I visited the drinking 〆 I was drinking in Ningyocho, but I ate ramen in the daytime, so I had yakisoba at night. I visited around 19:30 on Saturday, and there were about 3 guests. Passed through the counter and ordered yakisoba, medium serving, raw egg, and imo jōchu with water. Yakisoba is not sauce-based, but soy sauce-based? It doesn't feel greasy and the gastrointestinal tract is tired from alcohol, but it really matches the feeling of wanting to eat solids. If you want a junky feel, have garlic chips and mayo I personally want pickled ginger Raw eggs seem to have different tastes, so if you don't like ankake, you should use hot spring eggs. There is also a drink menu, so I think it's okay to remember it as a restaurant when you drank nearby.

Really good noodles. Few places to sit but definately worth trying if theres an empty spot.

This is the unique restaurant in which Yakisoba is mainly served. The taste is good, of course.

Fried noodles prepared on hot plates, fried until both sides are crisp so you get to enjoy a variety of textures.

We ordered two fried noodle dishes. Both contained some noodles that were so overcooked that they were dry and stiff. Additionally, the dishes were extremely oily and the meat was not of good quality. The water pitcher near our table was empty the entire meal, so we needed to go to another table everytime we needed more water.

Simple and unpretentious restaurant serving Yakisoba only, with the particularity of frying both “sides” of the noodles, which results in them being crispy on the outside, whilst still chewy on the inside. If you follow a vegetarian diet, please do remember to inform the cook, as by default, they seem to do include meat.
