大	大久保裕史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此のお店は焼き鳥屋さんと仕出しで、東日本橋にありましたが、現在の場所に十年以上前に移転しています。メインは三段重ね弁当です。一番上には焼き鳥、つくね、等の鶏料理、真ん中に野菜の炊き合わせや蒲鉾が入っています。下の重には御飯が入っています。食べログの古今の投稿に御飯が美味しいとありましたが、同感です。此処のご飯はかなり美味しい。今はコロナの為、お昼しか営業をしていません。常連でしょうか？軽くビールのあてに焼き鳥等を食べています。距離の制限があるかもしれませんが、仕出し屋さんなので配達してくれます。たまに私の会社でも頼みます。このお店に50年以上通っている人によると、全く味のブレが無いとの事。驚異的ですね！煮物、揚げ物、焼鳥と丁寧に作られています。海老フライ、チキンカツの衣に味付けは何を入れているのでしょう？これぞ老舗のこころだと思います。星は正味四つ、味も4.0です。値段は1300円~1600円プラス酒代です。 This shop was catered to a yakitori restaurant and was located in Higashinihonbashi, but it moved to its current location more than 10 years ago. ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 馬喰町の交差点そばにある老舗の仕出し弁当屋さん。〝古今〟なんて屋号、いかにも歴史を感じさせます。仕出しのお弁当がメインのお店ですが、平日のお昼時はイートインとしても営業されているようです。隣の三福亭さんは有名で何度も訪れておりましたが、こちらは初めての訪問になります。店内は街の定食屋さんのような庶民的な造りですが、お弁当はなかなかの値段のものが並びますね。一番人気らしい『三重弁当・上(¥1,650)』をオーダー。お弁当なんて直ぐに出てくると勝手に想像しておりましたが、それなりに待ちました(--;)。輪島塗で小振りの可愛らしいお重が3段重ね。お重には海老フライやヒレカツなどの揚げ物や、椎茸や薇などのお野菜の煮物、鶏の串焼きやつくねなどの焼き物などがバランス良く詰まっています。フライものは揚げたてらしくサクサクのプリプリ。塩気が強くソースをかけなくても美味しく頂けます。塩味のフライというのもなかなか美味しいんですね。少し固めの焼き鳥も非常に温かく焼きたての雰囲気。肉も大振りで食べ応えがありました。汁物はお味噌汁ではなく鶏の旨味を活かしたお吸い物で鶏スープに近いかな。彩り鮮やかなお新香共々良い箸休めになっておりました。紐つきの貝や薇などの煮物もオツなもの。総じてレベルの高いお料理の数々。店内は優しそうな女将さんがお一方で切り盛り。お茶の継ぎ足しなど、さりげない気遣いが嬉しかったですね。少し値は張りますが、会社でも頼んでみたくなりました。 A long-established catered lunch shop near the intersection in Bakurocho.
