若	若山樹雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京のリーマン向け串焼きといえば”やきとん” 東京は神田にある串焼き店、もつ焼きのんきさんです。本日2軒目。ジャパニーズクラシカルパブで「やきとん」です。やきとんは近畿ではあまり見かけない料理です。自分も東京で初めて存在を知りました。（実は90年代以前、焼鳥店も近畿には少なかった。。）串焼きとは思えないくらい厚切りの肉をガブリ、というのがいいと思います。内臓のいろんな部位の味を楽しめるのもいいと思います。本日はカシラ、レバ、チレ、ネギマを注文です。たれ味も塩味もイイ感じです。レバーがいいなぁ、滋味沁みわたる感じがします。 2本ずつ注文しましたが、1本のボリュームが多いのですぐハラいっぱいになってしまいました。ホッピーも久しぶり。このチープ感がいいですね。日本の安サラリーマンバンザイ！！ごちそうさまでした。 Speaking of skewers for Lehman in Tokyo, "Yakiton" Tokyo is a skewer shop in Kanda, Motsuyaki Nonki. ば	ばるきい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お気に入りのもつ焼き屋の一つである「もつ焼のんき」ですが、いつもの赤羽店ではなく、今回は神田店にお邪魔しました。名物は言わずと知れた「しろたれ」です。炭火で香ばしく焼かれた表面と超絶に柔らかい内側のバランスは最高で、確かに他にはない食感。串は当然ですが、低温調理された品も、臭みなく素晴らしい仕込みです。スタッフの接客も活気があり申し分なし。今年もお世話になります。ごちそうさまでした。 One of my favorite offal grills, "Tsukiyaki Carefree", but this time I visited the Kanda store instead of the usual Akabane store.
