u	u a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当と内覧の約束を電話し、念の為電話の後にメールを送り文字上でも約束を確認。にも関わらず、当日約束の時間の15分前に伺うも、担当は店にいない。そしてほかのスタッフに少し待てと言われて待つこと40分。まだかかりそうか？と聞くと、担当はほかの客対応でいつ対応できるか分からない、とのこと。これはおかしい、と思い約束を忘れていたのか聞くと、その通りだ、と認める。そして担当は店に戻って来たにも関わらず一言すら声をかけてこない。その日以降、メールの返信は一切なし。約束を忘れていたのなら忘れていたと伝え、待たせなければ良いと思います。賃貸契約でしたが、全く信頼するに値しない、仲介手数料を払う価値のない仲介業者です。 Call the person in charge and the promise of the preview, and just in case, send an email after the call and confirm the promise in letters.
