その後の対応も最悪です。
１.隣人に変わった方はいないと断言したのに隣は隣はうつ病で福祉の世話になってる方で、夜に大声を出して暴れてしまう方でした。
玄関先で出会して暴行を受けた事もあります。
2.入居時、窓の張替えで割れた破片をそのまま放置、踏んでしまい足の裏を切る怪我をしました。
3.私が仕事で大怪我をし一ヶ月働けない状況で家賃を待ってくださいとお願いしたところ聞く耳を持たず、保証会社と組んでヤクザの様な取り立てを一ヶ月の滞納で受けました。
大声でドアを叩き、近所の方に知らしめる様なことをされたり、仕事中何10回も電話されたりかなり追い込んできます。
アパマンショップ練馬店と契約した事を後悔しています。
