★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越し先を決めるまで不動産屋を10社近くいくつも回りましたがここがダントツで対応も雰囲気も良く、即決で契約をお願いしました。ご担当いただいた勝山様をはじめ、他のスタッフの方もとても感じ良く丁寧にご対応くださり、とても気持ち良くスムーズな契約ができました。自信を持ってオススメできる店舗です！！明るく楽しい雰囲気なので初めてお店を訪れる方も安心できると思います。私もまた引越しする機会があれば迷わずこちらにお願いしようと思います。

物件は熱心に探してくれるが、本命の後にわざと汚い物件を見せたり、初期費用を割引する等で判断を急かしてきます。
また、契約を取った後に関しては臭い物に蓋。
管理会社とやり取りもしているはずなのに
・内覧の時点で壊れていると指摘した箇所もそのまま
・持ち込みする家具について質問すると「（それを確認すると大事になるから）聞かなかったことにします」との回答
・光回線が使えると説明を受けたにも関わらず入居したら回線自体無く、大家さんも工事にあまり肯定的ではない
上記のような不誠実な対応でした。
また、お部屋の状態も
ホコリが積もり、下水の蓋を開けると小さい虫がたくさんついている状態でした。
口コミを見る限り当たるスタッフよるのか
客を見てるか(若い女性１人での来店だったためカモだと思われた)
分かりませんが、お金がかかることなので気を付けた方がいいと思います。

・ Even though I was told that I could use an optical line, when I moved in, there was no line itself, and the landlord was not very positive about the construction.
It was a dishonest response as described above.

Dust was piled up, and when I opened the sewage lid, there were a lot of small insects on it.

Are you looking at customers (I thought it was a duck because it was a young woman who came to the store alone)

迷走している中でご相談したのは申し訳なかったのですが、良い印象を持ちませんでした。
相談中、具合が悪くなってきたことと友人と相談して決めたかったので一度時間をくださいと伝えたのですが「今決めないと物件がなくなりますよ」「今絞りましょうよ」と立て続けに言われ、次回の相談予定が決まらないと相談が終わりませんでした。
結局体調も悪化して心身共に参ってしまいました。
流石に家族や友人に相談させてもらえないのは…。急かされる買い物に良いものはないと思っています。その時他店で物件を探していなかったのですが、他店で同時に探してると思われイラつきを出されたのも不快でした。
しばらく不動産店舗に良い印象を持てず相談ができないくらい良い印象を持ちませんでした。強い進め方が苦手な人にはお勧めしません。
今年の出来事でしたので、いつか書こうと思ってたのですが今回調べると同じようなコメントを書いている方がいたので同じ方に接客されたのかなと思いコメントを残しました。

In the end, my physical condition got worse and I came both physically and mentally.
I can't let my family and friends talk to me ... I don't think there is anything good for rushed shopping. At that time, I wasn't looking for a property at another store, but it was unpleasant to be frustrated because I thought I was looking for it at another store at the same time.
For a while, I didn't have a good impression of the real estate store and I didn't have a good impression that I couldn't consult. Not recommended for people who are not good at strong progress.
Since it was this year's event, I was thinking of writing it someday, but when I looked it up this time, there was a person who wrote a similar comment, so I thought that I was served by the same person and left a comment.
