ニ	ニッシニッシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸物件を探していたので、ポータルサイト経由で問い合わせしました。内見時の接客は良かったのですが、その後の対応がとにかく遅く、７日ほどして連絡がついた時には目当ての物件は埋まっているとのことでした。その後に何か提案があるわけでもなく、こちらの要望をきちんとヒアリングして引き出すわけでもなく、外れ客だと思われて煙に巻かれた感じでした。ちなみにその後は連絡はありませんでした。管理物件の獲得に力を入れていて、客付はおまけ程度の業務なのかもしれません。悪気はないのかもしれませんが、担当の方は接客業や営業としての基本の型がない印象を所々に感じてしまい、何かと引っかかりを感じたまま応対してました。昔のイメージ通りの地場の不動産屋という感じでしょうか？大体の物件は別な会社でも仲介してもらえる事を知ってましたので、近隣の大手の他社に乗り換えましたが、全然対応が良かったです。 I was looking for a rental property, so I made an inquiry via the portal site. It may not be offensive, but the person in charge felt that there was no basic pattern as a hospitality business or sales in some places, and responded with a feeling of being caught. Is it like a local real estate agent as you imagined in the past? I knew that most of the properties could be brokered by another company, so I switched to a major company in the neighborhood, but the response was good at all.
