y	y s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 随分前に一度お世話になりましたが、その時対応された美容師さんが最悪でした。忙しい時期で、合間でどうにかカットだけのでもと予約して伺いましたが、明らかに左右の長さが違うのに人の髪をぎゅうぎゅうに引っ張って「これで大丈夫ですよね？」と言われて、素人目にも違うのに…？と疑問符でいっぱいでした。極めつけが帰り、来店した時髪ゴム＆シュシュをつけていた筈なのに、髪ゴムが出てこない。髪ゴムは？と聞いたら「お客さん最初からつけてませんでしたよ？」と…いやあなた、最初にシュシュごと力任せに外したでしょ… 何度説明しても、本人は「貴女の勘違い、ゴムはつけてなかった」の一点張りで、話にならずそのまま帰宅。流石に酷過ぎたので、後日本社の問い合わせ窓口のような所にクレームを入れました。その後本人から謝罪の電話のようなものを頂きましたが、相変わらず自分はなくしたつもりはないの一点張りで、仕方なく電話かけてきてるのが伝わってくる有様…結局その後もゴムなかったけどどうしたらいい？新しいの送ったらいい？と渋々といった様子で言われたので、もう関わり合いになりたくないので、結構ですで終了しました。随分前なので、今はもう該当の方はいらっしゃらないかも知れません。が、美容院であんな目に遭った事がなかったので衝撃的でした。似たような書き込みがないので、その後改善されたのかも知れませんが、少なくともあの衝撃体験の後では再トライする気にもなれないので、もう二度と伺う事はないです。 I was taken care of once a long time ago, but the beautician who responded at that time was the worst.
