物件や営業の方はとても満足ですが事務の方女性の対応が最悪です。他の方のコメントにもありますが情報共有が全くできておらず、何度も何度も同じ話を違う事務の女性にしなければなりません。傲慢な態度でイライラしているのが伝わる話し方。全く心もこもっていない言葉で対応してくれます。
営業マンが可哀想だなと思いました。

The property and sales people are very satisfied, but the clerical staff and women are the worst. As mentioned in other people's comments, I haven't been able to share information at all, and I have to tell the same story over and over again to a woman in a different office. A way of speaking that conveys an arrogant and frustrating attitude. They will respond with words that are not heartfelt at all.
I felt sorry for the salesman.

難題がいくつもある私たちに、どうしたらそこに住めるか、細かく管理会社さんと間を取り持ってくださり、おかげで、無理であったろう物件に住む事ができました。
藤田さんでなければ、住めなかったのではないか、と感じます。
かなりタイトなスケジュールで、無理をたくさん聞いてくださり、本当に感謝しております。
すみ初めてまだ間もないのですが、大満足な場所です。

車中や移動中も、これまでとこれからの生活スタイルを考慮し、とても親身なアドバイスや相談に乗っていただきました。
断りづらいようなセールスの話も無く、不誠実な点も一切ありません。

今回、地方から息子の大学進学の為に横浜でアパートを探していました。とにかく、合格発表から入学まで時間が無くて困っていました。更に空きが出ると直ぐに無くなってしまう状況でした。ハウジングセンター青葉台店の梅澤さんはとにかく、最後まで私たちの気にいる物件探しに付き合ってくれました。そして、梅澤さんは休みにも関わらず私たちの為に物件の申し込み手続きを行なってくれました。
今、この梅澤さんのお陰で無事に引っ越しすることが出来ました。息子も入学式に間に合いとても喜んで安心しています。本当に担当の梅澤さんには感謝しています。
また、もし機会があればハウジングセンター青葉台店を利用したいと思います。もちろん担当は梅澤さんでお願いします。

Anyway, Mr. Umezawa of the Housing Center Aobadai store stayed with us until the end to find the property we liked. And Mr. Umezawa did the application procedure for the property for us despite the holidays.
Now, thanks to Mr. Umezawa, I was able to move safely. My son is also very happy and relieved in time for the entrance ceremony. I am really grateful to Mr. Umezawa in charge.
