入居前の対応はとても良く家を決めましたが入居後の対応は最低最悪！
何度修理のお願いしても良くならず何度かめで原因判明し修理したはずなのに改善が見られず結局修理したと偽っていてしっかり家賃払っているにも関わらずこちらは長期にわたり不便な思いをして騙されていた。
今度は水漏れするようになり交換を頼んだが拒否され2週間以上まったにも関わらずまさかのテープ貼られて終了。
勿論改善はされず水周りなので使う度に床はびしょ濡れで毎日の事なので困ると言うとやっと動き始めたが放置されているのか既に1ヶ月以上が経過。
前回の騙されたいた件もあり我慢の限界で家賃の減額を申し出ると驚いた事に毎日毎日水漏れでびしょ濡れにも関わらず使えていると言って自分達の非は一切認めず一言の謝罪もなく内容証明送れで終了。
家賃はしっかりとっておいて入居者を平気で騙して見下してこんなにも横暴で最低最悪の不動産屋初めてです！！！

Of course, there was no improvement and it was around the water, so every time I used it, the floor was soaked and it was a daily thing, so when I said that it was a problem, it finally started to move, but it has already passed more than a month.
I was deceived last time, and I was surprised when I offered to reduce the rent due to the limit of patience. It ends with sending the content proof without apology.
It's the first time for a real estate agent who is so domineering and the worst and the worst! !! !!

世帯です。そんな中こちらの不動産屋の
物件を気に入り、ネットの画像をみて
子供達もとても気に入ってくれていたので
私は、県外なので、横浜市在住の彼に
お願いして物件見学、契約についての
話をお願いしていました。
物件の動画をみたり担当の方もうちに
是非来てください！って感じだったから
期待は膨らんでとっても楽しみして
いました。子供達も楽しみにしていて
もぅ、その気になっていました。
しかし、契約の段階にはいり、契約に
必要な書類を集めるのに時間が必要！！
彼も、仕事の合間をぬってだったので
数日待って下さいって事で祝日も重なって
明けて伺ったら担当者不在、１日置いて
再度伺うと。。話も聞かず、
審査も通りませんでした。。と門前払い
理由をきいても投げやりのことばで。。
そんな事ってあるんですね??
酷い?その間に決まったなら、決まった
で仕方ないし、別に決めたい人がいるなら
それでいいですが、断る態度もよくないし
期待だけさせといてなんて対応なんでしょう！
悲しくなりました??
でも良かった?ずっと、いい人のふりされて
契約してから悪い態度されてもいやだし、
契約前にわかってよかったです。
契約金、家賃含め安くはないし、これから
またしっかり教育のできた担当者のいる不動産探しがんばります。これから探している皆さんも契約前に担当者さんの対応しっかり確認して
いい部屋みつけましょう。
