G	GEIZ SUPER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょい飲みに利用。店内は落ち着いていて、ゆっくりと飲めます。テーブルと個室的な場所で宴会を楽しんでる人も多かった。カウンターを利用。厨房がけっこうよく見える。バーのマスターみたいな、ダンディな店主？さんが気さくに話してくれました。おすすめの滋賀の地酒も並べてくれたり…。板さんとも、新鮮な魚の目利きの仕方とか話せて、なんだか素敵な時間でした。お通しは、懐石料理に出てきそうな八寸的なやつ。旬ものをいろんなアレンジに仕立てた、粋なやつでした。ひとつひとつ丁寧に作ってあって、一杯目のおつまみにも?‍♂️ お魚と炭焼きがウリのようで、お造り盛り合わせとカマ塩焼きをいただく。魚の旨さと鮮度はさすが。具体的な種類は酔ってて忘れてしまったけれど、どれもモチモチでぷりぷりでまったりして旨い。カマ焼きは、本日のおすすめを。この日は鰆がほぼラストで残ってたらしく、滑り込みで焼いてもらいました。炭火で焼いてるから時間はかかるものの、きちんと焼きたてをいただく。塩加減、焼き加減は抜群で、脂のりもよく美味しかった。大阪とか京都で食べたら1000円越えそうなメニュー。生ビールの注ぎ方も素晴らしいです。一発目の泡はスプーンで取り除いてから再度注ぐ徹底っぷり。よい。 Used for a little drink.
