初めて伺いました。 料理に関しては「草喰なかひがし」さんです。 同系列なら大津市の「自然坊たなか」の方が懸命さと接客に温かみが感じられます。 料理はともかく、一番若いと思われるスタッフの方の上下関係のナアナアさが気になり、一部盛り付けの時の丁寧さや「美味しく食べてもらいたい」といった心遣いや真剣さが感じられませんてした。 料理はともかく、美味しく食べてもらおうという接客面が残念です。 ある程度、厳しさのあるキリッとした空気も日本料理には必要かと感じます どうして予約が三年前にしか取れないのか謎です。 せめて、三ヶ月以内に取れるなら再訪は有りかもです。

ランチは予約がとれないそうですが、何が良いのかわかりませんでしした どの品もいまいち コースに追加の揚げ物がかき揚げは許せなかった 追加の揚げ物はコスパ悪いです あと、クレジットカードがつかえないとかありえません

ダメ元で、当日のランチ予約を電話したら、OKで伺いました。 エレベーターでB1に降りて行く場所です。 五月の季節を感じられる先付け八寸からはじまり、ランチの月コースをいただきました。 美味しく、お腹いっぱいになりました。 ご馳走さまでした。

以前夜に一番高いコースを予約して伺いました。 カウンター席に4人横並びの席でかなり話しにくく、また目の前が焼き場で煙がもくもくで煙たく、とても繊細な日本料理を味わう環境ではありませんでした。値段に見合わない待遇でした。 お店の人も目の前にいるのに全く無視で愛想なくほんとに感じ悪かった。 味もイマイチそこまでだし、京都や大阪で食べ慣れているとなぜ人気店?なのか分からない。 やっぱり滋賀ってあんまりと言いたくなるお店でした。

建物の地下にある隠れ家的なお店でした。 ランチでおうかがいしました。 一つ一つが丁寧に仕上げられていて、目にも舌にも、楽しく満足させていただきました。サービスも心地よく、贅沢な一時を提供くださいました。 特に白味噌を使った汁物は、忘れられない一品でした。また、酪という変わった素材を使用するなど独自性もあって、他店との違いも見受けられました。 ランチでしたので、どうしてもバタつき感は否めませんでした。 やはり、夜におうかがいして、しっかり、ゆっくり、いただきたいと思いました。

I’ve been in his teacher’s restaurant 草喰中東.There is a difference between them. The rice here didn’t match my expectations. I could not feel the natural umami from the specie the chef chose. Maybe this one was not a good fit if rice is the “main dish” for 中東san’s 流. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. The chef is quite friendly.

I really enjoyed the meal here. We didn't go at lunchtime so we didn't have to wait 2 years for a reservation. We went on a Sunday evening and ordered the 6 course meal for 6,500 yen plus the steak from the menu at 2,500 each. Total bill was 18,250. We arrived at 6.20pm and left around 9.00pm . Time flew bye... We sat at the counter and during our seating the restaurant had 7 other covers. The restaurant is unfussy, casual, but the service is friendly and calm. I wonder what it's like during lunch sittings? Anyway the food was good, everything hit the spot and was exceptional except a serving of Sashimi with iced onion topping (i'm not sure what they were going for with that but the tastes were lost). Anyway we're going again when before my better half leaves Shiga for good.
