ド	ドヤドヤ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店の頃から気になっていた店。なかなか行く機会がなかったが、やっとのこと来店。入るなり、ドリンク注文時に｢フレッシュカクテル｣をオススメされ、イチゴがあるからと言われるのでティーソーダにイチゴを使って頂くように伝えると、モナンを使うわけでもなく紅茶と炭酸水を合わせたものに半分に切ったイチゴを浮かべるだけの代物を出すわ、かたや、カクテルはリンゴの食事に合わせたものが良かったのにフローズンで出てくるわで、飲みたかったのに残念感が半端ない。薫製に期待するものの、明太子は表面が炙ってあり、水分でなのか変な臭みで食べれたものではなかった。チーズに関しても最後に少し香り付けしたかったのか、チーズに汗がかいている始末。コンビニ等で既製品を買う方が美味しく食べれると思う。最後の鹿肉のデミグラスソースは素晴らしく美味しかったので、星ひとつオマケ。普段批判するような口コミはしないが、あまりにも悔しかったので投稿。 A store that has been a concern since its opening. 村	村岸毅 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 草津駅の東側、UFJ銀行の近くにある燻製BARです。階段を上がって二階にお店があります。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、ソファ席とカウンター席があります。 BGMの音量も程良い感じです。沢山の洋酒に加えて、日本酒や焼酎のメニューもあります。燻製専門店だけあって、燻製のメニューが豊富です。盛り合わせを注文すると、何種類も頂くことができるのでおススメです。お料理がとっても美味しいお店です。パスタもとても美味しいです。今回はカルボナーラを注文しました。パスタは種類がいくつもあるので、他のも食べてみたいです。プライベートでも、仕事仲間の接待にも、こちらのお店を利用させて頂いています。コース料理も美味しくてボリュームがあって、おススメです。 18時から営業されているのも、利用しやすくて有難いです。また是非伺います(^ ^) It is a smoked BAR located in the east side of Kusatsu station, near UFJ Bank.
