★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavorful steamed dumpling that will twisted your view about how Gyoza should be made.
Full with spices, grains and herbs, the dish was so enjoyable from the first bite to the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lines are always long so i've stopped going. On weekends, they are open early from the morning and it seems not to be crowded so perhaps that is the best time to go if you want to avoid lines. I now buy the frozen gyoza which you can pick up from the little window. Super easy to cook at home so great for a meal when you're in a rush!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small gyoza 餃子屋 offering a boiled dumplings with different favors such as ginger, curry, etc. Unlike other pan fried or deep fried dumplings/gyoza places in Tokyo and Utsunomiya; Anda offers one of the best and healthiest gyoza in Tokyo. The service was good. The shop is a bit small so you might need to wait outside especially the weekend. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taiwanese Gyoza place. Set meal “gyoza teishoku” you can try 4 kinds boiled gyoza, 2 pieces each, soup and pork rice. Spicy tofu with rice, and pork rice set meals are available too. We can order set meal at night too.
On tables there’re species. Except spicy tofu dishes doesn’t have strong taste, you can add spicy oils, Japanese pepper or black vinegar.
Yon need to wait especially for holiday lunch. There’re only one box table for 4, and counter table for 6.
To go menu, and English written menu are available. Kids meal isn’t.
This place doesn’t have slope, only stairs. If you are with wheelchairs or strollers, I don’t recommend to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You may need to queue for a while, but the waiting is totally worthy it.
The gyoza are a must! The shape and the dough texture reminds of Italian’s tortellini.
Also try the “ラゲライス” as side dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious gyoza with unique fillings other than the traditional pork. I recommend the ones with chicken coriander and coconut flavor. The dough is also interesting and very good, it resembles the italian Tortellini one but thicker. This place is a Michelin star.
There are 3 different spices on the counter to add flavor, which is very recommended.
You can also take away, together with the spices. The price is very good also for a Michelin star. The service and courtesy could be improved, the owner feels cold and maybe too aware of the Michelin star popularity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Different style of 水餃子 but it's absolutely perfect. Recommend calling in advance and doing takeout since the lines can be very long to dine in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Chinese hole in the wall kind of restaurant which specializes in gyoza. They use a special type of whole grains from barley for the skin of the gyoza, and the rice is also mixed with this barley, commonly called Job’s tears.
The pork is simmered in star anise, with fermented and pickled wood ear mushrooms and ginger.
With many of these herbal and healthy ingredients, the dishes taste fantastic and healthy. I always love coming here for a quick meal when I’m in the area.
