契約では特に問題等なくスムーズに物事が進みました。
しかし、更新では必要な書類が送られて来ず、こちらから電話で催促するといったことがありました。
また、退去の際に必要な書類をメールで送信したあとから連絡が途絶え、退去日当日に連絡したところ退去の事を忘れていて、慌てて立ち会いに来るという対応でした。
おすすめはしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が非常に悪く、考えられないくらい何もしてくれません。借りているマンション共用部分の電球交換もこちらから電話しないと一生行われません。話が終わってないのに電話も切られました。管理費支払ってるのがばかばかしいです。同じような気持ちになる人が増えないように投稿させてもらいました。
