★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゲートホテル宿泊時に利用しました。空間の心地よさやお料理センスもさることながら、フロントやサービスされている女性スタッフさんがステキ過ぎて一気にファンになりました☺️
 I used it when I stayed at the Gate Hotel. In addition to the comfort of the space and the sense of cooking, the female staff at the front desk and the service were so wonderful that I became a fan at once ☺️

☆お料理について
美味しいです。マッシュルームスープが特に美味しかった。
☆サービスについて
パンにつけるオリーブオイルがとてもおいしかったため、パンをお代わり依頼したが結局来ずにオリーブオイルも下げられてしまった。
料理の説明がある時とない時があった。
緊急事態宣言明けてまもないからか、研修生とネームプレートのように付けているウェイトレスも見かけた。コースで次が運ばれてくるのが遅い。人が足りてない風には見えなかった、厨房の問題なのか？
☆客層
平日ランチだったが、マダム層多し。仕事関係できていたのは、我々ともう1席くらいだろうか。入口付近には、宿泊客であろうお一人でも来店もチラホラいた。
☆その他
テーブル上に置いてある塩コショウのグラインダーは、さりげなく、プジョーとロゴがありました。
検温消毒あり。マクス入れのビニールも渡してくれました。
総じて、パンお代わり出来ずオリーブオイルの件と遅いサーブと説明なしで、マイナス星2です。

☆ About cooking
Is delicious. The mushroom soup was especially delicious.
☆ About service
The olive oil I put on the bread was so delicious that I asked for a replacement for the bread, but in the end it didn't come and the olive oil was also lowered.
There were times when there was an explanation of the food and times when it wasn't.
Perhaps because it wasn't long after the state of emergency was declared, I saw a waitress wearing a trainee and a nameplate. The next one is late on the course. Is it a kitchen problem that didn't look like there weren't enough people?
☆ Customer base
It was lunch on weekdays, but there were many Madams. I wonder if I was able to work with another seat with us. Near the entrance, even one person, who might be a guest, came to the store.
☆ Other
The salt and pepper grinder on the table casually had a Peugeot and logo.
There is temperature measurement and disinfection. He also gave me a vinyl for max.
As a whole, I couldn't replace the bread, and it was a minus star 2 without the case of olive oil, slow serve and explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット予約して眺めの良い席と希望しましたが、残念な場所でしたね。お店に入った感じは、天井が高く感じも良かったのですが、生ビールがメインテナンス中とかで、オードブルが先に来る。まだですかって聴いたら、その回答(笑) 先に言えよって日本酒頼んだら、しばらくしてほぼダブルで来る(笑)
日本酒に小さな虫が飛んでて、酒好きなのか混入してしまい交換願ってみましたが、恐らく新しいのが来た感じはしなかった。
まあそれまでのオペレーションからの疑惑だけど、やはりサービスって大事だな だって銀座有楽町だしねー
I made a reservation online and hoped for a seat with a good view, but it was a disappointing place. The feeling of entering the shop was that the ceiling was high and it felt good, but draft beer was being maintained and hors d'oeuvres came first. If you ask me if it's still there, the answer (laughs) If you ask for sake first, it will come almost double after a while (laughs)
A small insect flew into sake, and I asked for a replacement because I thought I liked sake, but I didn't feel that a new one had arrived.

メインディッシュはエッグベネディクトを選択。とろっと溶け出す黄身が幸せにしてくれる一皿でした。
パンに添えられているバターがエシレで嬉しかった。

予約していきました。
広々とした店内でご飯も美味しかったです！
週末はお客さんが多くてウェイターさんがなかなか捕まらなかったです。
ランチは手頃でまた伺いたいです。
ご馳走様でした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the lobby floor of the Gate Hotel in Ginza which is very conveniently located in front of Ginza station's C1 exit. Very modern and friendly service. Reservations recommended during weekends. We had the seasonal lunch course which was quite nice. Overall a decent experience and would recommend.
