There is a 10m Kannon in the Kannon-do, so it seems to be inferior, but the statue of Amida Nyorai and the Kannon Bodhisattva on the side are wonderful.

Although it is overwhelming to Kannon-on Bodhisattva about 9 meters in Kannon-do, Amida-do's 2.8 m high sitting statue of Amida Nyorai is also dazzling in gold, hanging down his head and worshiping.
It is said that Gen Yoritomo was erected for the purpose of a 42-year-old evil ward, but it is actually a work from the Muromachi era.

A very nice clean and well maintained temple facilities. In good weather, also with foresight. Worth a visit. Not so far from the Big Buddha.

The "Amitabha statue" enshrined in the Amida temple of Hase-dera is called "Amitabha" because it was built by Minamoto no Yoritomo to prevent evil at the age of 42, and is one of the six Amida in Kamakura. It is said that this "Amitabha statue" was originally the principal image of the abandoned temple.

According to tradition, the sitting statue of Amida Nyorai of this mountain, which has a history of being the former principal image of Hase Seiganji Temple (now and dead), is said to be a statue built to pray for the elimination of the disaster of Shogun Minamoto no Yoritomo, who is the Kamakura Shogunate. In the year, we have gathered the beliefs from all over the world as "Amitabha". The statue of Amitabha of Joroku, which shows the elegant and elegant Mudra, is a rare existence in Kamakura, and is one of the six Amitabhas of Kamakura.

Hase-dera has a pay parking lot in front of the gate, and it seems that the number of cars can be parked quite a bit.
There is a clean toilet ? in the parking lot.
You can walk up the stairs to Amidado from the window where you pay the admission fee, so I think it is difficult for people with disabilities or wheelchairs to go.
If you climb up to Amidado, there is a toilet, but it will be a place like going down the stairs, so if you are lame, you should go to the parking lot in front of the gate.
In the precincts, you can see the flowers and plants of the four seasons, and carps are swimming in the pond.
Cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring, and hydrangeas are in full bloom during the rainy season.
