実際に何軒か回って色々見させてもらって条件に合う所に決めました
家だけじゃなく街のこと等も教えてくれてすごく親切にしてもらいました

部屋の壁はレオパレ○と変わらなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく対応が遅い。建物を大事にしないので、貸す人も借りる人も契約は控えたほうがいい。屋根裏で子猫が死んで生活に影響するほど異臭がしても一ヶ月以上実対応してくれないし、雨漏れしても全く対応してくれないのでキッチンの天井(料理する真上)がカビたなど。他人の家の衛生の事を考えてない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際に筑波賃貸サービスの物件に入居している学生です。３年ほど前に入居しましたが、接客態度はこちらが申し訳なくなるくらい丁寧でした。エアコンのリモコンが壊れた際には電話して一時間以内に代わりのものを用意していただいたり、トイレの床が撓んだことを伝えた際には即決で修理業者を手配し直していただきました。他にも様々な点でサポートしていただきました。他の不動産やも何軒か回って内見などもしましたが、電話や何か合ったときの対応ではここが一番おすすめできます。
