オール非対面でネット契約でも問題なかったが、私が心配性なので一度だけ訪問。結果、やはり特に店舗に行かなくても問題は無かった。
その後の契約も郵送と動画での説明で楽だった。
住んだ後のトラブルもアプリから問い合わせればすぐに対応してくれて助かった。
特に一度駐車場でフェンスに突っ込んでしまい、大東建託に連絡したらすぐに来てくれて本当に安心した。
退去時沢山お金取られるとネットで上がっていたので心配したが、壁の猫の引っ掻き傷張替えのみだった。
