★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸に住んでいる者です。管理がイマイチです。困ったことがあり(設備の故障など)電話で連絡しても対応してもらえません。。。受け付けた人によるのかなぁ。。。名前を聞いて、違う方に頼んだら対応してもらえましたが、一度で対応してもらえたことがありません。。。
追加です。対応は改善されましたが、管理はイマイチです。敷地内の庭がジャングルです。

退去時には敷金以上の追加金を要求してくる。
転勤族で複数の不動産会社と接してきたけど、ダントツで酷かった。二度と関わりたくない
