R	Ryosuke N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airbnbで予約して4人で泊まりました。シングルベッドふたつとダブルベッドひとつです。快適でした。店主さんは外国籍の方で海外からの旅行客？が多かったです。なんちゃって海外ホテルの雰囲気を味わえます。 We booked on Airbnb and stayed with 4 people. Two single beds and one double bed. It was comfortable. Are the shop owners foreigners and foreign tourists? There were many You can taste the atmosphere of overseas hotels.

B	Ben Schembri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altitude was excellent! Great location - the ski field is basically at the end of the driveway, it's just a 2 minute walk and you're on the mountain. A hot breakfast and proper coffee every morning was a lifesaver. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, plus the staff were helpful and welcoming, even driving us to dinner a couple of times. The icing on the cake was when I realised about 4 months later that I'd left a jacket behind and they found it and posted it back to Australia for me! Talk about service. Highly recommend Altitude Madarao.
I	Ian Chiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in Japan. 1. Parking is not allowed. We were requested to find parking ourselves even though there is space for parking. 2. Leave your luggage on the day you arrived and the day you left is not allowed. 3. They don't provide dinner, so we were asking for restaurant recommendation, but the owner was asking us to search on internet ourselves. 4. Their attitude is very rude all the time, they didn't even look at you when they are talking to you. They were talking to us without using polite language. 5. They only provide shuttle service if you speak English with them. Otherwise they will likely ignore you, or ask you to use internet. 6. When we were checking in and moving our luggage into the room, there is a staff monitoring us without helping or saying a word. Yes, just look at you, and put hands in the pockets like nobody's business. Seems like they worry someone would violate their rule. Highly Recommended to people who have tired with good service in Japan. Remember speak Japanese.
