運動は正しい姿勢で足踏み体操と器具を使った運動を繰り返しローテーションしていくものでした。その後、ストレッチをして終わりました。無理をせずにこれならやれるかもしれないと思いました。
入会金15000円で初回割有り、月謝で週に何度行ってもよい料金は変わらないそうです
