二度と行きません。無愛想、笑顔なし。 挨拶もなし。 効率悪いのを客のせいにする。聞こえるように嫌な気持ちをさせる言葉をかけられた。 ありえない。 捌けないのに、同時間帯に予約いれすぎ。 待ち時間びっくりするほどかかったが、説明不足で配慮もなし。 子供も機嫌悪くなるのは当たり前。 あやし方も、いまひとつ。 悪いクチコミは消している模様。 本当は星をひとつもつけたくない。

家から一番近くの写真館という理由で利用。 最初に専用のアルバムを買ってしまったのが間違い… 何度か利用してますが、1度も良いと思った事がないです。 直接意見言わしてもらった事もありますが、何一つ改善されない。 撮影中に動く子供をダメっ!と怒られた事あり。 この間は、撮影中に子供が泣いてしまい泣き止むまで無言で見つめている、あやす係の人とカメラマンの2人… それを眺めて何で無言?とビックリしてしまい、その時の様子をビデオで録画していたら良かった…と後で後悔しました(笑) 言いたい事が(書きたい事が)たくさんありすぎて(^_^;) 最初から良くないのを分かって行っているので、少しでも良いと思える写真が取れたら大喜びです(笑) 星1つも付けたくないですが、駐車場が大きい&お店のすぐ下という事と、お着替え担当の方に嫌な気持ちにされた事はないので、そこだけで星1つです、、、 近場に他の写真館できないかな~(T_T)

I regretted it later (laugh) There are too many things to say (things I want to write) (^ _ ^;) I know it's not good from the beginning, so I'm delighted if I can take a picture that seems to be good even a little (laugh) I don't want to give it a star, but the parking lot is big and it's just below the store, and the person in charge of changing clothes hasn't made me feel uncomfortable, so it's just one star ... I wonder if there is another photo studio nearby (T_T)

撮影してくださった方とアシスタントの方はとても素晴らしい対応で赤ちゃんの笑顔を引き出して下さりとても良い写真を撮って頂きました!本当にありがとうございました!! ただ写真選びの担当の方の対応が最悪でした。 撮影中も普通衣装は2.3着ですけど。と言われ これは1歳の子が着る衣装なのに。と嫌味のように言っているのが聞こえてきました。 アルバム等は買う予定がなかったので断ると説明も急に雑になり自分達で選んでいた写真以外にもお気に入りに追加されてどれが自分達で選んだ写真か分からなくなりました。 撮影してくださった方々の対応がとても良かったので残念でした。

初めて行く方はアルバム買わないことをオススメします。 初めて行った際に購入し、今回の写真も入れてもらおうと思ったらまた数万円かかると言われてびっくりしました。 それでもサービスが良ければ文句は無いです。 同じ時間帯に予約入れすぎだと思います。 1着目着替えてから撮影までで30分待ち、2着目着替えてから待ち、、 機嫌悪い子やギャン泣きしてる子沢山いましたがあんだけ待たされたら機嫌も悪くなります。 撮影終わっても選ぶまでにまた30分くらい待たされ。 ウチは割とスムーズに撮れたと思いますがそれ故にパッパと撮って終わり。 表情もほとんど同じ。 写真選ぶ人も時間に押されてるからか愛想なくて次からは違うスタジオにしたいですが 上記のようにアルバムを買ってしまったのでどうしようかと思っています。 とりあえずほかのスタジオアリスに変えようと思います。

I bought the album as mentioned above, so I'm wondering what to do. For the time being, I will change to another Studio Alice.
