★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリンターは、しっかり校正されていて、安定感がある。人に進呈するとき、保存版にするときは、お店プリントに、する。カメラも案外安いので、ここ15年ぐらいは、全てキタムラで買ってる。店員さんのスキルも高く、多くはご自身も「写真家」！
 The printer is well calibrated and has a sense of stability. When presenting it to people, or when making a preserved version, print it at the store. Cameras are also unexpectedly cheap, so I've been buying them all at Kitamura for the past 15 years. The clerk's skill is high, and many of them are also "photographers"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方がとても親切なので、1人でフォトブックを作るのも手軽にできました。アルバムなど種類も豊富で写真に関する事は全て揃っています。
The staff are very kind, so it was easy for me to make a photo book by myself. There are a wide variety of albums and everything related to photography.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年でも一時間でカラーネガフィルム現像してくれて助かります。データ化をお願いするといつもスキャンデータがホコリだらけになってるので、ネガのホコリ取りをもっと丁寧にやって欲しいです。
2022/2追記
現像サービスがなくなったら困るので時々利用しています。2022年でも変わらず現像してくれるのはありがたいのですが、ネガのホコリが多いです。
Even in 2021, it will be helpful to develop a color negative film in one hour. Whenever I ask for data conversion, the scan data is full of dust, so I want you to do the dust removal of the negative more carefully.

I use it from time to time because it would be a problem if the development service runs out. I'm grateful that it will continue to develop in 2022, but there is a lot of negative dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受験用の証明写真を撮りました。出願概要を見てデータを作って頂きましたがうまくいかず問い合わせをしたところ、営業時間を過ぎても最後まで対応してくださいました。「出願できなかったらお困りだろうから…」と。
おかげさまで無事出願出来ました。ありがとうございました。
証明写真も気に入っております。近々私のマイナンバーカードの写真もお願いしようと思っておりますのでその時はよろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キタムラはWEBで注文したプリントをどこの店舗でも受け取れるので、いろいろな店を利用していますが、こちらは京都のなかでは接客悪いほうだと思います。親切なのはバイトと思しき女性スタッフ数名のみで、特に男性社員の感じの悪さが際立っていました。駐車場はあるし子ども用写真コーナーも充実していますが、個人的にはあまり利用したくない店です。
Kitamura accepts prints ordered online at any store, so I use various stores, but I think this is the worst customer service in Kyoto. Only a few female staff, who seemed to be part-time workers, were kind, and the unpleasant feeling of male employees was particularly noticeable. There is a parking lot and there are plenty of photo corners for children, but I personally don't want to use it very much.

当然かもしれませんが、スタッフさんがとても丁寧で子供の扱いに慣れています。
子供がノリノリで撮れる場合は撮れ高も多くなり、もちろん元々の金額で終える事も出来ますが、必要枚数を軽く超えた場合は、そのまま終えるのではなく、追加料金を払っても欲しくなる写真が増えますのでそこだけはお気をつけください笑
