S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立川伊勢丹の8階レストラン街にあるトンカツ屋さんです。全国チェーンなので、ご存知の方も多いはず。今回は日曜日の昼時にお邪魔しましたが、待っていたのは二組くらい。くらい、と書いたのはこのお店には店頭に「お待ちの方はお名前書いて下さい」ボードがないからです。ショッピングモールなれしていると、人数把握できなくて不便な感じもしますが、裏を返せば個人情報の放置はしないという心意気の表れかも。また、店内も忙しそうですが、入り口に店員さんがすぐ来るので、常に入り口に気を張っている様子も伺えます。全てを人の手を介して行おうという、歓迎感謝のおもてなしの心がいたるところに見え隠れします。中で働いている人の数も少なく、時に待つこともありますが、ボーッと立っているバイトがいるわけでもなく、接客は最高に気持ちがいいです。子どもへの配慮やお子様セットの充実もあり、子どもも満足して食事ができます。味に関しては、とんかつの老舗和幸さんなので言うまでもありません。香ばしい香りの衣に包まれた、肉汁たっぷりの豚肉。それに負けない濃厚な味のソース。おかわり自由のキャベツでは、このソースを味わうために一杯、さっぱりとしたこれまた美味なる柚子ドレッシングで一杯、とついつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。今回も美味しくて素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。ご馳走様でした！ It is a tonkatsu shop on the 8th floor restaurant area of Isetan Tachikawa.
