 It was a wonderful place with a panoramic view of the Yonezawa Basin! I'm happy to come here by car.

The view is great even if you don't fly. Do you feel like you're flying just by being there? I think you can feel the wind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行かせて頂きました。十分一山展望台はパラグライダーで有名ですが、赤湯地域（一部）や白龍湖や田園風景が一望できて見晴らしが良い場所です。ただ、道路が狭い為に運転には注意が必要です。獣の出現率も高いようですので、こちらも注意が必要かも。
I went there for the first time. The Tenichiyama Observatory is famous for paragliding, but it is a place with a good view of the Akayu area (part), Lake Hakuryu and the countryside. However, you need to be careful when driving because the road is narrow. It seems that the appearance rate of beasts is also high, so you may need to be careful here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台の看板がついている場所は、駐車場はあれども眼前に木が生えており眼下に広がる景色、というのは言いがたい。
添付した画像は、ここよりもう少し上のパラグライダーなどが飛ぶ所からの画像。
It is hard to say that the place with the signboard of the observatory is a parking lot, but there are trees growing in front of you and the scenery spreads out below you.
The attached image is an image from a place where paragliders etc. fly a little higher than here.

こちらに至る道は細めで、大きな車で来る際は注意が必要。
地元の軽トラがすごいスピードで走ってきたりするのも危険。
道中のリスクを考えると2度は行く気が起きない。
The view is good, but there is no toilet.
The road to this place is narrow, so be careful when coming by a big car.
It is also dangerous for local light trucks to run at great speed.
Given the risks along the way, I don't feel like going twice.

さらに、危険という程では無いが足場が壊れている。
ほんの少し上に登った「南陽スカイパーク」からの眺望の方がより感動する！
The observatory has a nice view, but trees obstruct the view.
In addition, the scaffolding is broken, though not dangerous.
The view from "Nanyo Sky Park", which is just a little higher, is more impressive!

また、登ってくるまでの道は狭いため注意が必要。

An observatory with a panoramic view of the city. The view is good, but I think it's better to thin it a little more.
Also, be careful as the road to climb is narrow.
