★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南陽市赤湯二色根にある天台宗の寺院です。開山は慈覚大師・円仁で、当地で青色と赤色をした二色の石仏を発見し、これを本尊として創建したのが始まりと伝えられます。境内はとてもよく整備されている印象で、庭園が素晴らしいです。特に薬師堂周辺の苔の生し具合は「コケ好き」の私にとってはたまらない美しさでした。有り難く、”瑠璃殿”の御朱印を頂きました。
It is a temple of the Tendai sect in Niirone, Akayu, Nanyo City. It is said that Kaisan was founded by Ennin, a Jikaku Daishi, who discovered a blue and red two-colored stone Buddha here and built it as the principal image. The precincts are very well maintained and the gardens are wonderful. In particular, the growth of moss around Yakushido was an irresistible beauty for me, who loves moss. Thank you, I received the red stamp of "Ruriden".
