店員さんもよく気づいてくれ好印象です。
値段がちょっと高めかな？とも思いましたがこちらは納得できます。
日本酒の種類、定番、というよりもちょっと変わり種が多く、興味深いです。自分としては伏見、灘のお酒が１つもなかったのがちょっと、かな。
一合酒を入れる器、お猪口に注ぐもキレが悪く必ず少しこぼしてしまう。何かうまい注ぎ方があれば教えて欲しいです。

鮮度へのこだわりと、食材やお酒セレクトのセンスの良さを感じます。
若いお客様は揚げ物などでグイっと、少し大人のお客様は日本酒をゆっくり楽しめるのではないでしょうか。
