店内はプラ製の仕切りがテーブル毎にされており、コロナ対策されています。
Aランチ頼みました。刺身はマグロ・ぶり・真鯛、あともう一種類はわかりませんでしたが、全て新鮮で美味しかったです。わさびも本わさび使用しているせいか、辛味があり美味しかったです。
その美味しさを上回ったのが大山とり天。
柔らかく下味もしょっぱすぎず非常に美味しかった！
使用している油もブレンドしている感じがして、新鮮な油を使用していると思うのですが、しつこさを感じませんでした。
お吸い物も魚介のダシを使っていて美味しかったです。
和食好きであれば満足できると思います。

仕入れが良いんでしょうね。
どれもオススメ。
自分は焼き鳥丼やミックス焼きで一杯やるのが好きです。
それから、魚なお刺身もありますが、ほとんどが地物を使ってらっしゃるとの事。
鮮度は間違いないし、旬の魚ぎ食べられるのは嬉しい限り。
ご夫婦の人柄も大変良いし、いつも美味しく満足して帰れます。
ランチの定食も刺身がセットされていて強くオススメしますよ！

直球とカーブだけでも通用する、全盛期の江川のような居酒屋です(^^♪

焼き鳥ですが、串には刺さってません。
お皿ででてきます。
唐揚げもオススメです。
写真は銀皮の唐揚げ(砂ずりの筋の部分の唐揚げです)
