★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業何年になるか分かりませんが、天井に日本酒や焼酎のラベルが貼られていてかなりの歴史を感じさせてくれます。
料理のラインナップは駅前の他店と比べてもそう悪くは無い品数と出来栄えでした。
日本酒や焼酎のラインナップを考えたら魚介系をツマミに日本酒や焼酎で攻めたい人向けのお店だと感じました。
課題としてはやはりお店の外観でしょうか。
照明や見た目が少し暗い印象があるので、もう少し雰囲気明るくして入りやすくすればほんの少しの工夫をするだけでも一見さんが入店しやすくなると思いました。
昔馴染みの常連さんも多いのでしょうし、大将や女将さん目当てのお客さんも多いのかもしれません。
