★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北陸石川県のご出身の店主が地元能登の魚介と加賀野菜を使った料理を中心に提供しているお店で、魚介類のツマミに合わせて全国より取り揃えた日本酒も人気のようです。
店頭ののぼりに掲げられていたように、季節限定で『香ばこがに』や『加納がに』なども提供されており、それを目当てに伺いました。
香箱ガニは、ズワイ(松葉)ガニのメスの事で、セコ蟹とも呼ばれています。
2019年は11月6日に漁が解禁され、12月29日までの漁期だったので年末のギリギリに滑り込みで香箱ガニを頂けました。
メスと言ってもサイズは小さくてもズワイガニはズワイガニですし、カニの旨味もしっかりあって蟹味噌と内子の濃厚なコクと外子の粒粒を噛んだ際のシャキッとした食感が堪らない逸品です。
北陸・能登の食材を多く扱い、値段はそこそこしますが美味しいツマミが揃っているお店だと思います。
敷居が高いという訳では無いのですが、店内が雑然としている部分があるので少し個性的なお店と感じるかもしれません。
こういう雰囲気のお店は初見の客よりも、常連さんが多いのでは無いでしょうか。
