★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野厄よけ大師へのお参りの帰りにたまたま立ち寄りました。お爺さんとお婆さん夫婦でやられていて、小さい店ですが、手作り餃子と醤油ラーメンを頂きました。どちらも大変美味しく頂きました。
又、是非行きたいです。
 I happened to drop in on the way home from the visit to the Sano evil guard Daishi. It is a small shop run by an old man and a grandmother, but I got handmade dumplings and soy sauce ramen. Both were very delicious.
I also want to go again.

餃子は売り切れる程大人気。
皮がモチモチ、具もぎっしり入っていてジューシー。
通常ラーメンも美味しい。
行った時はもやしラーメンかタンメンを注文。熱々で提供されるので最後まで美味しく食べられる。
Winter spicy miso ramen ? is also delicious, and the gyoza is handmade from the skin.
Gyoza is so popular that it sells out.
The skin is chewy and the ingredients are full and juicy.
Usually ramen is also delicious.
When I went, ordered sprouts ramen or tanmen. It is served hot, so you can enjoy it until the end.

『この道４０年、こだわりのガンコ職人が調理人生最後の仕事として手作り餃子、ラーメンの店を開店しました』と記されてます。
佐野厄除け大師の近くにあります。
今回は残念ながら餃子が売り切れでした。
チャーシューを注文。
①スープは見た目濃そうですが、さっぱりと佐野ラーメンらしく美味しい。
②麺はもちもち、ツルツルで美味しい。
③チャーシューも柔らかく肉感があり美味しい。
★４つにしたのは、餃子が食べられなかったためです。
次回リベンジして餃子を食べ再評価したいと思います。

Unfortunately, the dumplings were sold out this time.
I ordered char siu.
① The soup looks rich, but it is refreshing and delicious like Sano ramen.
② The noodles are chewy, smooth and delicious.
③ The char siu is also soft and flesh and delicious.
★ I chose four because I couldn't eat dumplings.
Next time I would like to revenge and eat dumplings and re-evaluate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/19(日)13時頃に伺いました。お店は4人掛けテーブル2席、小上がり2席です。
お店の方はお年をめしたご夫婦で、全体的にスローペースな対応です。
なので、注文の品が出てくるまで時間がかかる様です。接客は大変に丁寧に対応されていました。
餃子は皮が厚いモッチリタイプでしっかりふっくらです。タンメンは熱々で懐かしい感じの味付けでした。連れのラーメンもどこか懐かしい味でした。
お昼時を過ぎても人の出入りがそれなりに続いていました。(近くの有名な厄除け様の参拝の方もいるのでしょう)
全体的にのんびりと懐かしい感じのお昼を過ごせました。もちろん大変に美味しかったです。
外の看板に「高齢のため小さな子供はご遠慮下さい」的な貼り紙がありましたが、前述の様な状況ですので理解できました。
今時のとは一味違う佐野ラーメンでした。
We visited around 13:00 on 1/19 (Sun). The shop has 2 seats for 4 people and 2 seats for small rises.
The shop is an elderly couple, and it is slow pace overall.
So it seems that it takes time for the order to come out. The service was very carefully handled.
Dumplings are thick and thick, and are plump. The tanmen were hot and nostalgic. The ramen I had was also a nostalgic taste.
Even after noon, people continued to enter and leave. (There may be some famous worshipers nearby)
Overall, I was able to spend a relaxing and nostalgic feeling of lunch. Of course it was very delicious.
There was a sign on the outside sign saying "Please refrain from small children because of old age", but I understand because it is the situation described above.
Sano ramen was a bit different from what it was today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野厄除け大師に参拝に来た際に某有名佐野ラーメンが“120分待ち”ということでこちらのお店に寄らせていただきました。
結果→大正解です。
餃子は大きくモチモチ、ラーメンはシンプルですがチャーシューも脂っこくなく連れの太鼓判付きで美味しかったです。
ご高齢の素敵なご夫婦で経営されているお店ですのでまた機会がありましたらお伺いさせて頂きます。
ご馳走様でした。
When I came to worship at Sano Yakuseki Daishi, a famous Sano ramen stopped by this shop because he was waiting for 120 minutes.
Result → Great answer.
The dumplings are big and chewy, and the ramen is simple, but the char siu is not greasy and it was delicious with the taiko stamp of the companion.
The shop is run by a lovely elderly couple, so if you have another chance, I will visit you.
It was a treat.
