普通盛りでは量が足らなかった。

横須賀から来た羽釜豚骨の店。なので家系専門店ではない。
ラーメン・オブ・ザ・イヤーで何年も豚骨部門で優秀な成績を取っているそうな。まぁラーメン・オブ・ザ・イヤー気にしたことないけど。
こちらの家系ラーメンは、庄太が再構成した家系ラーメンという位置づけらしいけど、味はあっさり系の家系ラーメン店に近いイメージかも。
今回食べたレッドは言わずもがな辛いタイプで、もちろん普通の辛くないものあります。
チャーシューは少しスモークが掛かった硬めタイプ。昨今の低温調理とかも良いけどこれはこれで旨い。
麺はモチモチ太めちぢれ。こちらの家系スープならもう少し硬いほうが合う気はするけど、まぁ個人差かな。
なかなか旨かった。
11時〜15時まで小ライス無料です。

This family ramen seems to be positioned as a family ramen reconstructed by Shota, but the taste may be similar to that of a light family ramen shop.
Needless to say, the red I ate this time is a spicy type, and of course there are some that are not ordinary spicy.
The char siu is a hard type with a little smoke. Low temperature cooking these days is good, but this is delicious.
The noodles are thick and chewy. I think this family soup would be a little harder, but it depends on the individual.
It was pretty good.
Small rice is free from 11:00 to 15:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンター備え付けの調味料が豊富。ラーメン自体はやや家系みたいな感じ。でも家系ではないし、家系なら20m位となりにあります。豚骨感は低めだけど上品に仕上がってます。トッピングも綺麗。お昼は小さなライスも無料で頂けます。大盛りはプラス100円。ライスに大盛りに調味料でアジ変しながら食べるとかなりの満足感になります。それほど混んでないときでも配膳までながいな～って感じます。
