揚げ物が苦手な私でしたが、シソ揚げ餃子を注文！
シソが餡に入っていて、さっぱり風味に仕上がっているだけでなく、タレをチリソースでいただくことで、脂っこさを気にせず食べれました♪
水餃子は予想以上の美味しさ！！

焼けばパリッと！蒸せばモチっと！
の表現がまさしく合うように、水餃子の餃子もモチっとしていて、かつパクチーの独特な味と少しピリッと辛味が餃子の皮と餡に絡み合っていて、すごく美味しい❤️
