あ	あっぺっぺ花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【さすがにない仲介業者】 8月に退去後、過払い金の返金を要求しました。（リブマックスのテンプレート使用）いつまで待っても振込がないので問い合わせをしたら「書類が見当たらない」 11月から計4回もFAXさせられました。「見当たらない」ではなく、「管理がずさんでなくしている」んです！個人情報ですよ？いつも担当者は不在で、問い合わせをしても、「折り返し電話をする」と言われても基本折り返しはないです。電話口でFAXの送信をしても振込はないのを見ると、余程返金したくないようです。 1月11日に振込がされるらしいのですが、この手口で4ヶ月延ばされているので、振込がされるのが楽しみです！ [As expected, an intermediary] After moving out in August, I requested a refund of the overpayment. a	aliceD02 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部屋探しにこちらに伺いましたが最悪です。事前にメールと電話で問い合わせした内容が少しも把握されておらず行ってから１から伝え直しました。また、問い合わせ物件に関しても同じで行ってから調べ始めました。そしてもう無いですと言われ別の物件を探すことに。しかし「その条件だと無い」「妥協できないなら家賃をあげるしかない」「その条件で東京都全部で探してるけど無い」と言われ、この時点で不信感がありしばらくして帰りました。直後に無いと言われた物件を別の不動産に問い合わせたところまだありました。高い物件契約させたかったんだと思います。時間を無駄にしました。ですが別の不動産で無事良い部屋を見つけました。 I visited here to find a room, but it is the worst.
