★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty ramen with big portions!! Not veggie friendly (pork broth and meat in all dishes as far as I can tell).
There is an english menu to help you choose which options you want. Take it with you to the machine so you can compare the characters and select the right dishes. Put your money in first, select what you want (extra toppings are quite excessive unless you are very hungry!!) and take the receipts to the counter. Your food will arrive quickly - enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think you need a large anything think again. There was an English menu, and host was able to speak some English. You order from the machine at front (which had no English) but put your money in and then buttons light up. Make selection and give ticket to man behind counter. I ordered #17, which was regular ramen (soya sauce type) which had Nori, pork, onions and mushrooms. Was huge, and no way I could finish. Other options were ramen with noodles on side you dip in a broth and those came in 4 different sizes. Broth was tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The noodle portions here are HUGE. Do yourself a favour - get a smaller serving of the (admittedly good) noodles and get one or two extras. The standard dipping broth is delicious but only comes with several small cubes of meat so getting a couple slices of chashu really completes the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generous portions, friendly staff and an English menu. My first experience of tsukemen and it’s been hard to top this. Would recommend the hot thick noodles with the full selection of pork, dumplings and an egg. Very reasonably priced too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took us a while to figure out how to order our meals through the machine at the entrance. Even after a member of the staff came to our help with a menu partially translated in English, we ended up ordering more than what we meant to. However both the ramen and the udon were good, and the staff was friendly. A simple place, regularly priced, good for a quick meal.
