★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてこの洞窟には種差を愛してやまないご隠居さんが特にこの洞窟からの眺めが良いとして、ここで寝起きしていたということだ。今はオニヤブソテツが繁茂して床を狭めているが、人ひとりが寝起きするスペースは十分ある。この洞窟はコウモリ穴と一続きの岩の遊歩道に近い部分にあり、藪が繁茂していなければ、遊歩道から確認できる。
仙人窟からの眺めは現状ではクロマツに遮られてたいしたものではないのだが、仙人が寝起きした当時は、この松も視界を遮るほどではなかったのだろう。想像力を働かせてこの松が無いものとして眺めれば、悪くない景色ではないか!
 It is said that a retired man who loves Tanesashi once woke up here, especially because the view from this cave was good. Nowadays, Cyrtomium falciparum is overgrown and the floor is narrowed, but there is plenty of space for each person to wake up. This cave is located near the bat hole and the continuous rock promenade, and can be seen from the promenade if the bushes are not overgrown.
The view from the Sennin Cave isn't that great because it's blocked by Japanese black pine, but when the hermit woke up, this pine tree probably didn't block the view either. If you use your imagination and look at it as if there were no pine trees, it wouldn't be a bad view!
