The duck meat was definitely salty too! I ate soba while adding soba hot water! I wonder if the buckwheat was a little weak! It was a feast!

ギ	ギッシュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なまずが好きなので、前から気になっていた店です。少し前に、昼に近くを通ったので入りました。店内は清潔感が有り、純和風の内装です。席数はかなり多く、カウンターが10席。小上がりが確か３卓。テーブル席が６だったと思います。奥に見えなかった席が有るかもしれません。頼んだのは《なまず御膳》1320円です。《鯰の天ぷら》《鯰の蒲焼き》《ポテトサラダ》《蕎麦(温かいのか冷たいのか選べる)》のセットです。鯰の天ぷらは揚げ方が良いですね。衣がサクサクで油がしっかりと切れています。揚げの技術は高いと思います。しかし、蒲焼きはサイズも小さいし、少し焼きすぎかと思いました。また、身が淡白ねので、タレに味が負けていますね。肉厚だったら違うかもしれませんが、小さいので仕方ないのかも。蕎麦は細いタイプ冷水での〆はあまり強くないですね。此方は普通。ポテトサラダも普通でした。可もなく不可もないです。これなら多少は割高に成っても、蒲焼き丼に単品で鯰天ぷらを頼んで食べた方が良かったかもしれませんね。また来たら蒲焼き丼と鯰天ぷらにします。ごちそうさまでした。 I like catfish, so I've always been interested in it. It is neither good nor bad. Even if this is a little expensive, it might have been better to order the catfish tempura as a single item for the kabayaki bowl.
