Best Soba noodle shop in japan

m	masaka “きりんたぬき” kirin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにお邪魔しました。私どもでちょうど満席。そのあと何組かがウェイティングされてましたが、そこそこ席があいて着席されているようでした。迷いましたが、鴨せいろ　と　鴨南そば　を頼みました。ほどなく到着、そばは細めでお味は期待通りのおいしさでした。天ぷらそばは1800円とずば抜けてお高い値段で、あとは1000円強のお値段でした。千葉ニュー、カインズホーム、ビッグホップへ行くときのランチスポットです。 I went to lunch. Arrived soon, the soba was thin and the taste was as good as expected. Tempura soba was by far the most expensive at 1800 yen, and the rest was just over 1000 yen. It is a lunch spot when going to Chiba New, Cainz Home, and Big Hop.

When I visited this month, I felt the scent of yuzu in the soba soup, but it seems that it wasn't in the summer ... I haven't noticed it until now, so when I visit from now on, I would like to enjoy it while paying more attention to the soba soup.
K	K section-009 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節限定みたいだけど辛みせいろが食べられる嬉しいお店。大抵のおろし蕎麦はぶっかけタイプだからせいろなのは個人的に嬉しい♪ 終わる前にまた行きたい！ It seems to be seasonal, but it's a nice shop where you can eat spicy bamboo steamer. Most of the grated soba is a bukkake type, so I'm personally happy that it's because of it. I want to go again before the end!

w	wakarimashitayo haihai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は大変綺麗で衛生的、入り口に消毒薬も設置済みです。平日昼の12時過ぎに店に到着、入店まで20分待ち。店内はあまり混んでいなかったのですが、調理の提供時間が遅いのか自分達より前に入店していた一組のお客様は料理が出る前に帰られました。駐車場は一番奥が通りから解りにくく、車で訪れた何台かは中に入らず帰ってしまいました。大きな案内表示があれば良いと思います。また、店内と異なり外の入店待ちの座席は密集しており、外食チェーン店にあるような席を離した設置では無く「客の判断でお互い離れて下さい」という雰囲気でした。入店して20分程で注文した料理が運ばれてきました。(注文したのは天せいろと鴨せいろでした)蕎麦も蕎麦つゆも大変美味しかったですが、男性客には量が少しもの足りない気がします。その為、料金は少し割高に感じました。良いサービスを提供しようという考えは伝わりますが総合的な満足度は少し低く感じます。誰かに紹介するなら味と店のキレイさです。 The shop is very clean and hygienic, with disinfectants installed at the entrance. Arrived at the store after 12:00 noon on weekdays and waited 20 minutes before entering the store. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, but a pair of customers who had entered the restaurant before ourselves returned before the food was served, probably because the cooking was served late. The innermost part of the parking lot was difficult to understand from the street, and some of the cars I visited by car went home without entering. I think it would be nice if there was a large information display. Also, unlike the inside of the store, the seats waiting to enter the store are crowded, and the atmosphere was that "please leave each other at the discretion of the customer" instead of installing the seats apart as in a restaurant chain store. About 20 minutes after I entered the store, the food I ordered was delivered. (I ordered the bamboo steamer and the duck steamer.) The soba and soba soup were very delicious, but I feel that the amount is not enough for male customers. Therefore, I felt that the charge was a little expensive. The idea of providing good service is conveyed, but overall satisfaction is a little low. If you want to introduce it to someone, it's the taste and the beauty of the store.

ミ	ミニベロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦が旨い❗️ 平打ちのやや細麺で程よい歯応え！風味があってすごく美味しい！出汁も美味しい！混んでるのも納得！土曜日だったが11:35に満席。カウンター席が無いので一人でもテーブル席へ案内される。そこも混んでしまう理由かも。価格はメニューにもよるが若干高めの印象。天ぷら蕎麦を注文してる人が多かった。店員さん感じイイ❗️ 昔ながらのお蕎麦屋さんと言った雰囲気で居心地もヨシ?‍♂️テーブル席は小上がりを含め6卓。キャパの割には立派な駐車場を完備?店の前と奥、合わせて10台くらいいけるかな。ウェイティングがかかってもコレなら大丈夫⁉️ Soba is delicious ❗️ Flat, slightly thin noodles with just the right amount of texture! Since there are no counter seats, even one person will be guided to the table seat. It may be the reason why it gets crowded. The price depends on the menu, but the impression is slightly higher. Many people ordered tempura soba. The clerk feels good ❗️ It feels like an old-fashioned soba restaurant and is comfortable. ?‍♂️ There are 6 table seats including a small rise. There is a good parking lot for the capacity ? I wonder if there are about 10 cars in total in front of and behind the store. Even if waiting is applied, it's okay if this is ⁉️
