平日月曜お昼時に来店、並ばずに入れました。 中華そば普通麺、塩 手打ち麺 焼き鳥 卵かけご飯を頼みました。先ずはラーメン、塩も中華もどちらも美味しかったです。佐野より濃口、山形に近い感じかな? 手打ち麺は本当に太いので、注意が必要。 焼き鳥は豚の頭らしいのですが美味しかったです。相方はなかなか噛めなくて苦労してました。
I came to the store at noon on weekdays and entered without lining up. I ordered Chinese noodles, salted handmade noodles, yakitori, and omelet rice. First of all, the ramen, salt and Chinese food were both delicious. Is it more like Yamagata than Sano? Handmade noodles are really thick, so be careful. Yakitori seems to be a pig's head, but it was delicious. My partner had a hard time biting.

土曜日の昼に訪問しました。入店迄20分程待ちました。着丼は10分位でしょうか 今回は、餃子、手打ち会津山塩ラーメン、ミニチャーシュー丼をいただきましたが焼き鳥も人気でしたので食べたかった。餃子のにんにくは食べた時は気になりませんが後から あ! にんにく食べたんだっけという感じ! ラーメンは優しいスープに麺はもちもちでした。ミニチャーシュー丼は御飯は柔らかめでチャーシューは水分獲られる感じですがラーメンのスープと一緒に食せばGOOD!海苔が良いアクセントです。周辺には喜多方、郡山と強敵がおりますが負けず劣らずです。是非一度ご賞味下さい。

This time, I had dumplings, handmade Aizuyama salt ramen, and mini char siu bowl, but yakitori was also popular, so I wanted to eat it. I don't mind when I eat dumpling garlic, but later! It feels like I ate garlic! The ramen was a gentle soup and the noodles were chewy. The mini char siu bowl has soft rice and the char siu feels like it gets hydrated, but if you eat it with ramen soup, it's GOOD! Nori is a good accent. There are strong enemies such as Kitakata and Koriyama in the surrounding area, but they are not inferior. Please try it once.

個人的にはお取り寄せ 史上最高の透明度の塩ラーメン! 塩らぁ麺 1,069円+送料 会津若松市の人気店のラーメンをお取り寄せで自宅で堪能しました♪ 鶏と煮干しの滋味深い味わいのスープ。 優しい味わいですが、次から次へとスープを飲むレンゲの手が止まりません! また麺も東北らしい多加水のぷりぷり中太麺で、これが美味しい(*´꒳`*) 福島県は白河ラーメンや喜多方ラーメンだけではないんですね! いつかまた福島遠征しに行きたくなりました(^-^) ご馳走さまでした!

会津山塩ラーメンと餃子をいただきました。なかなか美味しかったです。透明なスープが会津地方の空気感を思わせてよいです。好みで言えば、ん、?ですが、餃子が美味です。口の中いっぱいにとろけるようなジューシー感ともちもち感がたまりません。ですが、500円の餃子よりは、330円のミニチャーシュー丼?頼む方が多かったみたいです。 この日は、すごい行列でしたが、皆さん、うえんでさんのラーメンに満腹満足で、会津の晩秋を満喫してました。

土曜日の10:30に到着。運が良かったのか待たずに入店できました。私はチャーシューメン(中太縮れ麺)並盛880円、友人は会津山塩チャーシューメン(中太縮れ麺)並盛980円をいただきました。会津地鶏をベースにしたあっさりスープですが、中太縮れ麺がからみ美味しかったです。山塩ラーメンの方はスープが透き通っていてこちらも絶品です。チャーシューもトロトロです。 時間をかけても行く価値があります。

会津山塩チャーシューメン(手打ち麺)、焼き鳥、餃子、鶏節ご飯を頂きました。 山塩チャーシューメンの麺はちょい柔めの茹で加減で、平打ち縮れでスープを良く持ち上げる麺でした。 スープはありがちな塩の尖ったしょっぱさが無く、まろやかでとても美味しかったです。 焼き鳥は豚のカシラ肉を使用していて、噛みごたえも良く噛むほどに脂が出てとても美味しかった。 餃子は焼き加減も良く、ニラが効いていて良かったです。 鶏節ご飯は玉子がとても美味しかったです。 平日10時過ぎにお伺いしたので空いていたのですが、休日は凄く並ぶと聞いて納得ができました。

The noodles of Yamashio Char Siu Men were slightly soft and boiled, and they were flat and crispy to lift the soup well. The soup was mellow and very tasty, without the salty saltiness that is typical. The yakitori was made from pork kashira meat, and it was so tasty that it was chewy and fat enough to chew. I'm glad that the dumplings were cooked well and the garlic was effective. The egg was very delicious for the chicken-bushi rice. I visited after 10 o'clock on weekdays, so it was vacant, but I was convinced that it was lined up on holidays.

Excellent (Kitakata-style?) ramen located outside of Aizu-Wakamatsu/on the way to the 'Ouchi-Juku' Ancient Farming Village. It's located outside of main tourist areas so it's also a good experience for those who want something local. Serves about 2 main types of ramen (soy sauce or miso broth) and yakisoba. They also have rice, gyoza and pork skewers for side items. You can choose between two types of noodles; we went for soy sauce brother with the 'hand-made' noodles which were wider but not too thick. The noodles, soup and pork slices all tasted excellent; noodles were soft, soup wasn't too salty but packed enough flavor, pork was fatty. Skewers were good and different but aren't necessarily a must-try. Recently renovated building and has two parking lots on both sides of the street. Very clean and comfortable setting makes this suitable for families (tatami, table+chair or counter seating available). We arrived at 2:30 PM (closes for lunch at 3:00PM) and, admittedly, it took a while for us to get our order but their service was excellent and it's a comfortable place to sit and watch tv/read magazines until your order comes so we had a great time.
