お店に行ったわけではなく、日本橋ふくしま館ミデッテに出店していた時に食べました。
辛いつけ麺を頼もうとしたら館の方が「結構辛いですよ」と言うので、魚介つけ麺に変更。よくあるつけ麺と比べると細麺と言っていいくらいの麺。スルスルと入ってくる食べやすい麺です。カウンターに酢、ラー油などの調味料が置いてあるので、途中で味変するとより楽しめます。

この日はつけ麺ではなく、あご出汁塩ラーメンを注文。少し脂が強めかなとは思いましたが、出汁も効いていてつけ麺よりこちらの方が美味いと思った。
