★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても綺麗なショールーム。店員さんの説明もよくタッチパネルを使ったり実際のものを使ってわかりやすく説明してくれました。バスルームを直すには高額になるので本当に納得しないとOKできない。事前に街の電気屋さん通してここに来たので安心してリフオーム頼みました。
A very beautiful showroom. The clerk explained well using the touch panel and the actual one in an easy-to-understand manner. It's expensive to fix the bathroom, so you can't do it unless you really agree. I came here through an electric shop in the city in advance, so I asked for a reform with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約をしていなかったので、基本は自分たちで見るだけとなりました。後半には店員さんからの説明がありましたが、同じ接客業として非常に残念な接客でした。なぜこちらから質問をしないと会話にならないのでしょうか。こちらとしては、商品の詳細を知りたいから来店したのです。カタログに掲載されていることをそのまま読んだような説明であれば、そんな説明はいりません。とても無駄な時間でした。
I didn't make any reservations, so I could only see the basics. There was an explanation from the clerk in the second half, but it was a very disappointing customer service as the same customer service business. Why can't you talk unless you ask a question here? I came here because I wanted to know the details of the product. If you read the contents of the catalog as it is, you do not need such a description. It was very wasteful time.
