なんとか夜来てお酒を飲んでみたいなぁと思ってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしたばかりだから定休日はまだ決まってないそうです。
味はとても美味しく、中でもアイーン巻きがオススメ。
もっちりとした麺のお好み焼きで、とんぺい焼きみたいな見た目。
店内にオープン祝の紙があったけど、五日市の八昌の名前があったので今後も良い味を続けてくれること間違いない。
ただし、駐車場が3つなのでお気をつけ下さい

不快な気持ちになる。
行くと大体、従業員の方が店主におこられている。
味はアイーン巻きは美味しいとおもう。その他一品料理も美味しいとは思う。
でも、一品料理の単価が高い気がする。
わざわざ、食べに行く価値はあまりないかと

ただ、何回目かのときに店主が店員にずーっと小言？注意？とかしてて、その時は嫌な気分になりました。また行った時に延々と店主の小言聞かされながら食べるのは嫌なので。
出来ればお客さんのいない時とかにそういった事はして欲しいです。
せっかくの美味しいお好み焼きが台無しでした。改善されることを祈ってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばお好み焼きを注文。パリッとした薄皮にもっちりの麺、キャベツは薄く刻み時間をかけてじっくりと蒸し焼きに。卵は半生の状態であり、完成度が高い。鉄板皿や店内も簡素でありながらセンスが良い。あえて文句を言うなら、キャベツではなくそばが主役のように感じられ、半生の卵とあいまっておこのみやきでは別の何かのよう。自分の舌を上書きするしか無いですね。何度も食べてみたい。ちょっと心配なのは、はたして大竹で受け入れられるのかな？と。広島市内はもちろん、県外からも知られる人気店になってほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お好み焼き美味しかったです 待ち時間もビール飲みながら待ってたらちょうどいいですね。そばパリパリでビール進みます。
