く	くろりえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宅配でしか利用したことがないのですが。 ★肉玉そばの感想。全体的に水分少なめのお好み焼きなので、容器の中で蒸れてベチャベチャになる事はありません。たまにキャベツ焦げ気味です。恐らく麺に味付けしていない＆ソースを塗りたくっていないので、最後まであっさりと食べられます。麺はモチっと噛みごたえのある細麺で、パスタで言うところのアルデンテ食感と言ったところでしょうか。厳選した小麦粉をオリジナルブレンドした麺だそうですよ。 ★砂ずりの黒胡椒炒めの感想。スーパーで売ってるような砂ずりを更に半分に切ったような、見た目は貧相な仕上がりです。 ★ぷりぷりホルモン炒めの感想。醤油ベースの味付けと、ホルモンから溢れる甘い脂が美味しいです。 ★牛コウネの鉄板焼きの感想。縮こまってなく、塩胡椒が効いて美味しいです。宅配は、注文を受けてから30分以内に届きます(我が家までの道のりが単純で入り組んでいないからかもしれませんが)。ちなみに、お昼は揚げ物の注文は受付ていないようです。 ♡追記♡ 先日、初めて店内で食べました。鉄板の上で出来たてを食べるのは更に美味しかったです。土曜日のお昼に行きましたが、お客さんは少なかったのですぐ座れました。清潔感は微妙。あまり服にニオイが付きませんでした。 I have only used it for home delivery. ★ Impressions of meat ball soba.
