★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎回待ちますが旨いなあ。大雑把に見えるけど計算されたお好み焼き。広島のお好み焼きは概ねどこで食べても旨いけどここは一段上の完成度。オススメです。
駐車場は店の裏側の道にあります。店前にもあるけど裏の方が数が多いのでオススメです。
 I wait every time, but it's delicious. Okonomiyaki that looks rough but is calculated. Hiroshima's okonomiyaki is delicious no matter where you eat it, but this is a higher level of perfection. I recommend it.
The parking lot is on the road behind the store. It's also in front of the store, but it's recommended because there are more in the back.

今回は肉玉そばWを注文しましたが、いつもと味が違う気がしました。 生地も粉っぽくからっふんわり焼き上がっていない気がします。
他店より少々お高めの中、少し残念でした。
ただ決して美味しくない訳ではなく今までと違う感覚を覚えたのでした。

I ordered Meat Ball Soba W this time, but I felt that the taste was different from usual. The dough is also powdery and I feel that it has not been baked softly.
It was a little disappointing because it was a little more expensive than other stores.

今日はそば肉玉のネギトッピングを注文✌️お好み焼きを手際良く焼くのを観るのも、出来上がり迄の楽しみの一つです?
久し振りの八昌さんのお好み焼きは、大変美味しく頂きました??広島のソウルフードのお好み焼きは、野菜も沢山摂れるので暑い夏も乗り切れそうです

すぐ座れたけど、出てくるまで小一時間は覚悟が必要です。
本店よりは待たないからおすすめ。
店員さんも親切です。

I could sit down right away, but I need to be prepared for an hour before it comes out.
Recommended because you don't have to wait longer than the main store.
The clerk is also kind.

一瞬チャラい人たちかなーって味を疑った私を許してください。お兄さんめっちゃ真摯にお好み焼きを焼いてくれました。
出てきたお好み焼きは完璧。
卵の半熟間も、キャベツのしんなり感も、麺の端っこカリカリ感も。
凄く美味しかった！ごちそうさまでした。

Please forgive me for doubting the taste of people who are chara for a moment. My brother baked okonomiyaki very seriously.
The okonomiyaki that came out is perfect.
The half-boiled egg, the softness of the cabbage, and the crispy texture of the noodles.
It was really good! Thank you for the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chef at this shop is apparently the official protege of the original Hasshou owner, who still prepares okonomiyaki in Yagenbori downtown. As such, the shop is very well-known and usually packed to capacity, even on weeknights. Expect a wait time.
However, as okonomiyaki usually takes a half-hour to prepare anyway, you can often put in your order while you wait and have it ready to eat by the time you sit down.
Mayo and extra sauce are provided as a condiments at the table. (Often mayo costs extra in Hiroshima okonomiyaki shops.)
I recommend sitting at the counter, as you can watch the chef's skill on the grill and pick up on some interesting eccentricities of the shop. For example, the chef here insists on ordering and using special double-yolked eggs in each of his creations.
